Cancellation & Refund Policy

All soup and merchandise already shipped you get to keep and are not refundable.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
* Soupman Soup Club Memberships

Cancellation & Refund for Soup Club Memberships
You may cancel at anytime by sending a written notice to thechef@originalsoupman.com. Once your soup has shipped, it and the shipping fees are non-refundable. Membership refunds will be prorated based on the date of cancellation and calculated at the full price of monthly membership ($24).

For example, if you cancel a 6-month Gold Membership before the 4th month’s shipment, you will be refunded the total cost of membership ($119) and applicable shipping fees, minus months 1-3 at $24/month.

How we calculate your refund:
Refund Amount = (Cost of Membership + Shipping) – (# of months used * 24 + Shipping)

Example: 6 month Gold Membership cancelled in 4th month
$77 = ($119 + $60) – (3 * 24 + $30)

Please note, the costs used above are for illustrative purposes only and do not  necessarily reflect a specific customer membership.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thechef@originalsoupman.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items or memberships may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
